Check out what Sasbadi Holdings is doing. I use simple technical analysis and trend following to analyze what Sasbadi Holdings is likely to do.
Join me on this journey as we seek to see what Sasbadi's stock price will do in the future.
Sasbadi has been in a downtrend for a very long time and it is now testing an important support area. If the support cannot hold, it might continue to go lower.
Stocks that are in a downtrend goes down for only 1 reason. The company is not doing that well financially and thus investors are not buying the stock. Profits and earnings are the main drivers of stock prices.
As far as I know, Sasbadi is involved in the publishing of reference books and materials. Perhaps the digital age has eat into its core business and this company will need to keep up with technology in order to raise its stock price to the former highs once again.
The chart above shows the weekly chart of Sasbadi. The stock had a nice run up back in 2017 but it soon formed a weekly head and shoulders pattern. This hinted to investors about a possible top in the stock. After the appearance of the head and shoulders pattern, the stock has been in a weekly downtrend ever since.
What you need to know is this. If a stock is in a downtrend, you will often lose money in it because it will continue to go lower. Only stocks that are making an uptrend will give investors money.
The chart above shows the daily chart of Sasbadi. As you can see, the stock is indeed in a very very bearish downtrend. The downtrend has not ended yet. Perhaps if it can go back above the 50 MA then we can consider that it is trying to bottom. Until then, you should continue to be bearish on Sasbadi.
